Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your product. Shipping and handling must be covered by you and I will issue a refund once these items arrive safely to me.

If your item arrives damaged, please email me at ritamiloneart@gmail.com immediately so I can replace this item. Please note that not every item can be perfectly recreated, but I will replace to the best of my ability.

I am not responsible for packages once dropped off at the post office. There may be delays in shipping depending on USPS bandwidth. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to USPS. Currently shipping is only available for US customers, international shipping coming soon!
